It's important to stay healthy, and there are many ways to do so. One way to stay healthy is to eat a good breakfast in the morning, It gives you energy and keeps you focused in class. Another way is to exercise, exercising keeps you strong. Another benefit of exercise is getting the ladies if you're a guy or them hot guys if your a girl, but I for one find abs disgusting but that's just me. Lastly eating right, when you eat right not only is your body healthy but when you eat healthy you don't get acne and you become strong and skinny.
